- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
- 6 English muffins, toasted and cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
- Add the toasted English muffin cubes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and half of the cheese to the egg mixture. Stir gently to combine.
