- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 10 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 6 English muffins, toasted and cut into pieces
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add in the turkey bacon, chicken ham, English muffin pieces, and half of the cheese; mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
