Eggs Benedict Casserole

A delicious twist on the classic Eggs Benedict, this casserole combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delightful breakfast option.

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 10 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 6 English muffins, toasted and cut into pieces
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add in the turkey bacon, chicken ham, English muffin pieces, and half of the cheese; mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with hollandaise sauce or your favorite condiment.
  • Can be prepared ahead of time and reheated.
