Eggs Benedict Casserole

A delicious twist on traditional eggs benedict, featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham in a savory casserole.

Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 4 cups cubed bread
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Add the cubed bread, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and half of the cheese. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set and golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the bacon and ham.
  • This casserole can be made ahead and stored in the fridge overnight before baking.
