2 cups cooked orzo
1 pound shredded rotisserie chicken
1 cup French onion soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cooked orzo, shredded chicken, French onion soup, sour cream, Swiss cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, olive oil, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
