French Onion Chicken Orzo Casserole

  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onions until translucent.
  4. Add chicken thighs and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in orzo, chicken broth, garlic, onion powder, and thyme.
