  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, melt the butter and mix in granulated sugar.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and beat until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture until just combined.
  6. Spread the brownie batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.
  8. Add sour cream and heavy cream; mix until smooth.
  9. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie base and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  10. Bake for an additional 30-35 minutes, then cool completely.
  11. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
