- 1 pound flank steak
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- salt to taste

- 4 hoagie rolls
- Marinate the flank steak with garlic, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
