  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in coconut, pecans, and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the filling into the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes.
  7. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
