  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and sugar, then sprinkle yeast on top and let it foam for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix in melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add flour and salt, kneading until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the dough, then roll out and cut into donut shapes.
  6. Let the donuts rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Fry the donuts in hot oil until golden brown, then drain them on paper towels.
  8. Mix powdered sugar with water to create a glaze and dip the warm donuts.
