  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk, and mixing until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  7. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon to create the streusel topping.
  8. Fill the muffin cups with batter and sprinkle the streusel topping on each muffin.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Allow to cool before serving.
