  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in rice and soy sauce, mix well and heat through.
