Hash Browns Breakfast Stacks

A delicious breakfast stack featuring crispy hash browns, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated hash browns
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the grated hash browns and cook until golden brown.
  4. Layer the cooked hash browns with chicken ham and cheese, then cover until the cheese melts.
  5. Fry the eggs to your liking and place them on top of the stack.
  6. Top with sliced avocado, turkey bacon, salt, and pepper.

Notes

  • Feel free to add any additional toppings you like.
  • You can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
