Hawaiian Cheesecake Salad Recipe

A delicious and tropical twist on a classic cheesecake salad.

  • 2 cups crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  2. Add the crushed pineapple, whipped topping, shredded coconut, mini marshmallows, and chopped macadamia nuts. Mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
