Delicious mini grilled cheese sandwiches using Hawaiian rolls, turkey bacon, and chicken ham, perfect for a snack or appetizer.

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 6 slices chicken ham
  • 12 slices cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
  4. Assemble sandwiches by layering chicken ham, turkey bacon, and cheese between two halves of each Hawaiian roll.
  5. Spread butter on the outside of each sandwich.
  6. Grill until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit turkey bacon and add more vegetables.
