  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine ripe bananas, rolled oats, almond milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of the batter for each pancake.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Remove from skillet and repeat with the remaining batter.
