- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add olive oil and water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface and cut into rectangles.
