  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add olive oil and water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough out on a floured surface and cut into rectangles.
  5. Place the pizza filling in the center of each rectangle and fold the dough over, sealing the edges.
  6. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
