Hot Honey Pepperoni Ricotta Pizza

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 2 tbsp hot honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the base.
  5. Dollop ricotta cheese over the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Evenly distribute pepperoni slices.
  8. Drizzle hot honey over the pizza and add red pepper flakes to taste.
  9. Brush the crust with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  10. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
