- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for crumb topping)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (for crumb topping)
- 2 tbsp butter, cold and cubed (for crumb topping)
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until well mixed.
- Add the milk and vanilla extract to the wet ingredients and stir.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined, then gently fold in the blueberries.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, and cold butter for the crumb topping, and mix until crumbly.
- Fill the muffin tins with the batter and sprinkle the crumb topping over each muffin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- You can substitute frozen blueberries, but do not thaw them before using.
