  • 1 tablespoon gochujang
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat sesame oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the steak and cook to desired doneness, then remove from heat.
  4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, and gochujang.
  5. For the spicy cream sauce, whisk together heavy cream and sriracha.
  6. Assemble the bowls: start with rice, then add steak, kimchi, and drizzle with spicy cream sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions.
