  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the cranberry sauce, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
