- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1 cup rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- salt to taste
