Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta You’ll Crave Again and Again

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add ground turkey, onion, and garlic. Cook until browned.
  4. Add beef broth, diced tomatoes, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  5. Mix in the cooked pasta and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
  6. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled turkey bacon. Serve warm.

Notes

  • This dish can be prepared ahead of time and reheated for a quick meal.
  • Try adding chopped pickles for extra flavor.
