  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the flour, shaking off excess, then into the eggs, and finally coating with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  5. Top each piece of chicken with shredded cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  6. Drizzle with ranch dressing and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
