12 lasagna noodles
1 pound ground turkey
4 slices turkey bacon
1 cup chicken ham, diced
2 cups marinara sauce
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
In a skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned. Add the diced chicken ham and marinara sauce, and simmer.
In a separate bowl, mix ricotta cheese with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread a layer of the turkey mixture on the bottom of a baking dish, followed by a layer of noodles, then a layer of the ricotta cheese mixture, and a layer of mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers.
Finish with a layer of marinara sauce and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake covered with foil for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a layer of spinach or mushrooms.
