  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, salt, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Stir in melted butter and vanilla extract.
  4. In a muffin tin, place turkey bacon in each cup and pour the batter over it.
