  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir in the melted butter.
  3. Mix in the baking soda and salt. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Gradually add flour, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
