- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin pan.
