- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the applesauce, sugar, oil, egg, and vanilla extract until combined.
- In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients: cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flour.
