2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup salted caramel sauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Stir in the salted caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Drizzle additional caramel sauce on top before serving.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easy blending.
You can substitute graham cracker crumbs with digestive biscuits if desired.
