2 ripe bananas
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup Nutella
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the sugar, softened butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter, then add a spoonful of Nutella, and top with more batter until almost full.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool before serving.
