  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  6. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
