Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together egg, milk, and oil.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
