This is a delicious and easy recipe for Panda Express inspired Chow Mein with a unique twist of turkey bacon.

  • 8 ounces chow mein noodles
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil to the skillet and stir in the bean sprouts and cabbage.
  4. Add the cooked noodles and chopped bacon to the skillet; toss everything together until heated through.
  5. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
