  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil, onion, and garlic; sauté until onion is translucent.
  4. Add diced chicken ham and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, stir in Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning, then add cooked fettuccine and bacon. Toss to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated.
