Potsticker Noodle Bowl with Pork & Cabbage Slaw

A delightful potsticker noodle bowl combining savory beef and crunchy cabbage slaw.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces wide rice noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in shredded cabbage, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Cook until cabbage is wilted.
  5. Combine cooked noodles with the beef and cabbage mixture. Toss to combine.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
  • This dish can also be made with ground chicken or turkey.
