  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, flour, and baking powder.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Add milk and mix until smooth.
  6. Fold in chopped pecans.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 40–45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
