  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 2 cups dumplings
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions
