  • 8 ounces fettuccine
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and chicken ham, sauté until browned.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and add Cajun seasoning; simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cooked fettuccine, crumbled turkey bacon, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  6. Garnish with green onions, salt, and pepper before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add more Cajun seasoning or some diced jalapeños.
