- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
