Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the oil, egg, vanilla, buttermilk, and red food coloring until combined.
