  • 2 eggs
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the pie crust in a springform pan and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sliced apples with brown sugar, granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
