- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
- Add butter and mix until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into a pie pan to form the crust.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, then let cool.
- In a saucepan, heat sweetened condensed milk and coconut until combined.
- Pour the coconut mixture into the cooled crust.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
- Melt chocolate chips and pour over the caramel.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
