Samoas Cookie Pie

A delicious dessert that combines the flavors of Samoas cookies with the richness of a pie.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press the mixture into a pie pan to form the crust.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then let cool.
  6. In a saucepan, heat sweetened condensed milk and coconut until combined.
  7. Pour the coconut mixture into the cooled crust.
  8. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
  9. Melt chocolate chips and pour over the caramel.
  10. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the coconut mixture.
  • This pie can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
