  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, and salt until smooth.
  3. Add in the cheddar cheese and chopped turkey bacon, mixing until combined.
  4. In a cast-iron skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and then pour in the batter.
