Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and bell pepper, sauté until tender.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add shrimp and crab meat, cooking until shrimp is pink.
  5. Incorporate the cooked rice and mix well.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, stir to combine.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
