  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon herby ranch seasoning
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, and herby ranch seasoning.
  3. Spread mixture on a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Warm pitas in the oven for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  5. Assemble by placing the chicken mixture in pitas, adding lettuce and tomatoes.
