  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the shrimp evenly on a sheet pan and bake for 10-12 minutes or until fully cooked.
  4. While the shrimp are baking, warm the corn tortillas in a skillet.
  5. Assemble the tacos by placing the shrimp on tortillas and topping with cabbage, avocado, and cilantro.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add lime juice over the tacos before serving.
