  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts until browned.
  3. In a baking dish, combine rice, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the seared chicken on top of the rice mixture, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove foil, top with shredded cheese, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
