- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or chives)
- 2 slices turkey bacon

- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Set aside.
