  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugars, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips, marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.

  • For a chewier texture, add extra marshmallows on top before baking.
