  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup green chile sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken with half of the green chile sauce.
  3. Place a tortilla on a flat surface, fill it with the chicken mixture, and roll it tightly.
  4. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  5. Place the rolled burritos seam-side down in a baking dish.
  6. Pour the remaining green chile sauce over the top of the burritos.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
  9. Serve with sour cream and cilantro.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add some diced jalapeños to the chicken mixture.
  • Feel free to use leftover rotisserie chicken for a quicker prep time.
